Youth Parliament

15 February 2024 the youth parliament took place in our Vidyalaya, the students of class9th,10th and 11th participated in this.Under the guidance of Mr.P K Gautam and Miss Nidhi Saxena.Replicating the Indian legislative body -The Parliament of India.
The students participated enthusiastically to present before the audience, the lower house,
that is the Lok Sabha.
The proceedings of the youth parliament were conducted methodically along the lines of Lok
Sabha proceedings.New members were introduced, condolences were held ,debates and deliberations on current
issues like depreciation of Indian rupee ,unemployment , new education policy 2020 were held. Finally after much discussion a bill was also passed to made into a law. We gained the invaluable understanding of how the highest law making body of the country works as cities of India as well as students we were able to appreciate the sanctity of parliamentary proceedings and the scrutiny that each and every bill undergoes.Youth parliament was a great learning experience to understand the great democratic valuesof our country, it was made enjoyable by everybody’s team spirit
